North India Experience

Day 01: Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi you will be met and then transferred to your hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

Enjoy a full day sightseeing in Delhi. In the morning experience Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Red Fort. Later in the afternoon you will see New Delhi visiting Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, India Gate, and Parliament House from outside.

Day 03: Delhi / Varanasi

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Delhi airport for your flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival in Varanasi you will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon at you will have a tour of Sarnath – where Lord Buddha preached his first Sermon.

Day 04: Varanasi / Khajuraho

Today early in the morning at around 0530ams you will be taken for Ganges tour with boat Ride. Later in the morning you will be taken from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Khajuraho. Upon arrival at Khajuraho you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. In the afternoon you will be taken for afternoon temple tour of Khajuraho visiting Western & Eastern group of Erotic sculptured Chandela Era Temples.

Day 05: Khajuraho / Agra

Morning at leisure, then you will be taken to the train station in the afternoon for train ride to Agra. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 06: Agra

In the morning visit Agra Fort, local market and of course the Taj Mahal with it’s lacy white grandeur, it is perhaps the most perfect architectural monument in the world. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj Mahal remains today, as a symbol of his eternal love for his wife, Mumtaz. Afternoon is free to relax.

Day 07: Agra / Jaipur

Depart your hotel about 8:00am where you will be driven to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri - the Deserted City built by Akbar the great. After the tour continue drive to Jaipur and check in at your hotel.
Rest of the day is free to relax or perhaps do some shopping.

Day 08: Jaipur

Morning visit of Amber Fort where you will see a marvellous example of Rajput architecture with it’s terraces and ramparts reflected in the maota lake below. The ascent to the fort is on gaily decorated Elephants. The Fort interior has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory work, exquisite wall paintings & tiny mirror chips, which create a tantalising reflection effect.
Later enjoy city tour of Jaipur including the city palace museum, an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art. Continue on to visit the Jantar Mantar, an amazingly advanced observatory built in 1726 A.D. You will also visit Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds, a five storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires.
